Returns/Exchanges
Non-sale or discounted items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 60 days of purchase. We also offer full refund returns within 30 days of your purchase.
Returned merchandise must be in original, new condition. Please be aware that sale items, custom orders, special orders and altered or sized items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for refund.
 
Personalized, Custom Design, Special Order (altered ring size) Returns
These are non-refundable/returnable items however, we understand when creating a custom piece or in the sizing process unforeseen errors can be made or if you are not completely satisfied with you final product it can be returned to be fixed or modified however needed at no additional cost (this may vary depending on what kind of change or upgrade is needed). Call or Email us for further guidance.
Returns Process
Once you have called or emailed us about your return/exchange and meet the guidelines for a return/exchange we will provide you with a Pre-Authorized Return (PR) number.

When we receive your return, it is reviewed for return/exchange and once your merchandise has been accepted for return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible – usually within a few business days.
 
Packaging your return
It is important to package your return carefully. Returned merchandise must be received with the sales receipt and all original packaging and enclosures.
 
Shipping/Dropping Off Your Return
You may use any courier service you prefer (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to ship your return and it is advised that you insure your package accordingly as we are not liable for any lost packages.
